Where do I start?  I was hurting.  I'd given so much of myself- to my family, my career, my marriage- only to wake up feeling drained, unseen, and disconnected from the woman I felt I was meant to be.  I'd carried the weight of EVERYONE ELSE's needs, while silently asking, Now who is going to carry me?  

And one day, I woke up and questioned (as you may question too)- Who am I and what am I doing with my life?

MEET CHRISTINA HOPSON-ALLEN

I’m a proud mother of two amazing young adults, married for 22 years, and the author of It’s Possible: Build the Marriage You Desire. I’m also the co-owner of Flip My Marriage, a program dedicated to helping couples renew and restore their relationships. 

I am also an Ordained Minister with Universal Life Church and Certified Coach Practitioner (in progress).  A Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arkansas #P1510119. 

With over 24 years in the field of mental health & disabilities, as a quality assurance coordinator, clinical director, and as a mental health therapist, I thrive in helping others reach their full potential through both quality care and compassion. 

I am a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University (Biology, Psychology), University of Arkansas at Little Rock (Counseling), and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (Public Health).

Coaching focuses on growth and achieving future goals, while counseling addresses healing from past experiences and emotional challenges in the present. Coaching empowers individuals to unlock potential and create change, whereas counseling provides therapeutic support for mental health and overall emotional well-being.  While both are powerful tools, coaching is NOT therapy and should not substitute for medical or mental health care.  Evolve Within provides coaching services, not therapeutic intervention.  If you are searching for a counselor/therapist- let me help you find someone in your area!
